Team Overview
The Retail team has responsibility for the management and development of the Bank’s consumer and SME banking strategy, proposition, and product portfolio (covering lending, deposits, savings, cards, insurances, daily banking, and payments), delivering a market‑leading strategy that will ensure sustainable profitability and growth for AIB and meet the needs of customers.
Rotations and Focus Areas
Our graduates work and rotate across key areas of the Retail Banking function, including Home, SME, Consumer Banking (branch network), Products, Portfolio, Governance, and Wealth. Roles span product management, proposition strategy, portfolio management, governance, and customer‑facing functions across digital and physical channels.

Entry Requirements
* Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent)
* Fully authorised to work in Ireland or possess a valid work permit for the full duration of the 23‑month contract (September 2026–August 2028)
