For more information, please visit teleflex.com.Position SummaryThis leadership position is responsible for the design, delivery and support enterprise level applications in the end-to-end Product Master Data flow. The applications include source PLM systems (Agile) ‘ SAP MDG ,Teleflex ERP systems along with integrations between other internal and external systems including SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4 HanaPrincipal ResponsibilitiesPlanningResponsible for effective resource planning and management of competing prioritiesPartner with business process owners and program managers in ensuring that requirements and deliverables are understood and agreedPartner with program managers in the planning of scope, schedule, resource and costProvide input to the alignment of IT strategy to the objectives of key business partners for the Applications supportedExecutionLead the Global design and delivery of enterprise solutions for the flow of Product Master DataEnsure design is integrated across all functional and technical teamsMeasure support performance, ensuring adherence to all SLA’sBuild and maintain knowledge of the overall solution components, capabilities and integrationsAssess, articulate and manage current and future risk associated with enterprise ApplicationsControlDrive standardization and consistency of business functions processesReview and approve all variations to global standardsProvide solution support methodology guidance to project team members and service providersOwn the process to deploy system changes through sandbox, development, QA and production environments.Own the environment landscape requirementsAccountable for the effectiveness of IT general controls for Application, ensuring adherence to all relevant IT policies, procedures, and computer systems validation standardsTeam LeadershipDevelop a best-in-class, diverse, Applications organization by attracting, retaining, and developing high performing IT professionals focused on business outcomes, leveraging managed services as appropriateLead a team towards decisions in an environment with high levels of competing prioritiesPromote a work environment that challenges the status quo and fosters teamworkCreate a trusting, collaborative, and ethical work environment that positively contributes to employee engagementManagement of the relationship with relevant external consultants, vendors and system integratorsEducation / Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems (a combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)10+ years’ Applications functional experienceMinimum of 5 years in Applications leadership roles involving Data Management, Data Migration and flows.Specialized Skills / Other RequirementsExperience in Agile PLM and MDG system administration and implementationStrong ability to manage competing priorities, focusing on highest value and impactAbility to work across organizational boundaries at all levels through influence, negotiation and partnering for changePrevious experience managing a team of IT professionals preferred.Ability to act as a mentor and coach to less experienced analysts by sharing technical expertiseStrong technology and business acumenStrong problem solving and analytical skills, developing creative solutions and meeting project objectivesStrong communication skillsExperience in an FDA regulated environment preferredProject Management and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferredTeleflex is an equal opportunity employer.
