Your Experience
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar IT infrastructure or support role.
* Third-level qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline (desirable).
* Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and customer service focus.
* Experience with cabling projects and other hands-on physical IT tasks.
* Technical expertise across:
* Server Technology: VMware, Hyper-V, Windows Server (2012/2016)
* Cloud & Productivity: Azure Cloud, Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
* Backup Technologies: Veeam, Spanning
* Security: SOC/SIEM (Barracuda Skout)
* Device Management: Intune
* Telephony: Teams, RingCentral
* Networking: Fortinet, Aruba
* Skills in project management and service management.
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication, resilience under pressure, and ability to work autonomously with a growth mindset.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support to 270 end users across multiple sites.
* Act as lead technical resource for internal IT improvement projects.
* Manage third-party vendors to successfully deliver new IT services.
* Administer and maintain existing IT infrastructure and systems.
* Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance IT service delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement across all IT infrastructure tools and services.
