Duties: Min Level 7 qualification and min 10 years' experience with relevant experience in Irish Consultant Competence with working as lead technician on large scale residential (200 to 1500 units) and commercial development in Ireland for planning and detailed design / construction stage Familiar with Civil 3D, X-refs and site modelling based on 3-D topographical surveys Preparation of road layouts and site layout based on Architectural site plans Preparation of drawings under guidance of Design Engineer for Surface water drainage, foul drainage, watermains Familiarity for SUDS detailing, DMURS, Cycle Manual, Irish Water standards, Preparation and management of quality of drawing packages for planning, detailed design and construction stages Benefits: Some benefits include but not limited to: Diverse project portfolio.
