This is your chance to dive headfirst into the fast-paced world of live sports events, gaining hands-on experience in planning, logistics, marketing, and execution. You'll support our Event Manager, helping bring a major Red Bull sports event to life, with a key focus on managing an unforgettable competitor journey from sign-up to finish line and beyond.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Management and Event Competitor Engagement• Application Management & Judgingo Collate team applications & lead internal judging day• Competitor Engagemento Project manage all pre-event engagement with competitors i.e. student sampling visits• Support Event Manager with Event Deliveryo Participant management inc. competitor communicationso Logistics managemento Management of key stakeholders and staffing related to competitor activityo Budget management• Review Key LearningsCommunicationCreation and delivery of all official email communications for event competitorsBe the fulcrum of communications between competitors and other internal Red Bull teamsManagement of competitor questions & queries throughout campaign and on event dayCollaborationWork closely with Event Manager to deliver the best possible competitor journey throughout the campaignCollaboration with other Red Bull teams to maximise competitor experience outputCollaboration with external operational teams and suppliers to provide competitors with the best onsite event experience possibleREQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGESimilar experience in events, sports marketing, sport institution or federation preferredCurrently pursuing or finished a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related fieldA natural planner, highly organised, able to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment who is deadline drivenGenuine interest in, and passion for sport, who is an ideas person, creative, innovative and open-mindedProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Positive attitude and calm, even when under pressureConfident and well able to engage and inspire, a team player with a willingness to contribute, collaborate and learn from othersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe successful candidate must have a full clean driver's license and be available to work evenings or weekend as required in particularMay 16th & 17th 2026.LEGAL DISCLAIMERThis role is offered by Richmond Marketing who operates as the Distribution Partner for Red Bull in Ireland.
