Job Opportunity: Community Moderator
We are seeking a professional to help us resolve inquiries accurately and on time in our online community.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and resolve reported issues via ticketing system, such as account support requests or potentially abusive content.
2. Enforce community standards by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
3. Stay knowledgeable about products and services offered by our organisation.
4. Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for our community.
5. Gather, analyse, and utilise data to improve user experience.
6. Recognise trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
7. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Resilience to operate in a pressured environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, and empathy.
* High adaptability and a positive approach to challenges.
* Decision-making, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
* Consistent achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Languages:
* Fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch, Norwegian, German, Swedish, Hebrew, Swahili, Ukrainian.
* In-depth understanding of regional culture and social trends required.
* English proficiency.
Contract Details:
* Full-time, permanent contract.
Working Hours & Location:
* Day shift: 9am – 5:30pm OR Evening shift: 6pm-2am. No rotation.
* Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South.
