Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Digital Project Managers (DPMs) to deliver high‑quality creative content adaptations.
* Oversee the end‑to‑end management of digital assets through the production process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Allocate resources and manage project timelines, demand forecasting, and prioritization to meet business needs.
* Adapt global master content to comply with local regulatory requirements and market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Medical Writers, Production Partners, and Translation Partners, to ensure effective content localization.
* Manage the content approval process to adhere to strict timelines and quality standards.
* Identify and resolve project roadblocks, maintaining a focus on quality and speed to market.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development within the team to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Requirements
* Extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing, especially digital content creation for healthcare audiences.
* Strong project management skills, including timeline management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Proven ability to adapt global content for local markets, ensuring compliance and cultural relevance.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing content quality and driving agency deliverables to meet high standards.
* Experience with omnichannel strategy, including creation of sales aids, web assets, and rep‑triggered emails.
* Solid understanding of project prioritization methodologies and PMO approaches, such as RISK and RASCI development.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder alignment and timely project delivery.
* Fluent in English and Japanese with excellent communication skills.
