Retail Group HR Manager – Bray
Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Retail Group HR Manager to join our client's dynamic HR team who's head office is based in Bray, Co. Wicklow. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage HR operations for a well-established retail organisation, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring excellence in people management across multiple locations.
Salary: €50k – €60k
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
2. Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and HR teams across the group
3. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, implementing best practices in HR policies and procedures
5. Manage employee relations, offering expert advice to resolve conflicts and foster a positive working environment
6. Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression
7. Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
8. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation
9. Support organisational change and manage communication during transitions or new initiatives
Requirements:
10. A minimum of 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably within the retail sector
11. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices
12. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
13. Proven ability to manage multiple locations and a large, diverse workforce
14. A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
15. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
16. Experience with HR systems and proficiency in analysing data to inform decisions
