Our client is a well-known construction equipment company seeking a full-time permanent Spare Parts Advisor.
About the Role:
This position involves taking customer orders over the phone, assisting with spare parts identification using online catalogues, pricing and ordering spare parts, unpacking and organizing stock, and providing excellent customer service at our spare parts counter.
Responsibilities:
* Taking customer orders over the phone and assisting with spare parts identification using online catalogues

* Liaising with our suppliers and brands
Requirements:
* Enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of or interest in the construction industry
* Good computer literacy and ability to use digital online catalogues
* Strong communication skills and fluent English
* Interest in machinery (prior knowledge beneficial)
* A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
