In This Role, You Will
* Develop and implement improvements to improve the Customer Experience.
* Engage with BPO partners as part of day‑to‑day operations.
* Play a key role in supporting our customers transitioning to SEPA Instant payments.
* Work in compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements.

More About the Team
Corporate and Commercial Onboarding & Treasury Services sits within Strategic Transformation & Operations (ST&O) team in Corporate and Commercial Banking. ST&O team is a centralised divisional operations function, integrating our service model, delivering operational excellence and driving our strategic transformation agenda. CCTS currently incorporates Treasury Operations, Payment Operations & Payment Investigations. This is a hybrid role, based primarily at The Arena, Tallaght. We typically ask colleagues to spend a minimum of 8 days per month working in‑person to support teamwork and connection.
