Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Technical Executive/Project Engineer to join a team supporting Ireland’s national Climate Action Plan, with a specific focus on domestic retrofit schemes. The role involves technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations of domestic energy grant schemes, helping to deliver energy efficiency improvements across Irish homes.
This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to transition from fieldwork to a more office-based role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and respond to queries from contractors, applicants, and members of the public.
* Liaise with stakeholders including field staff and scheme administrators.
* Assist with the processing of technical appeals and rework cases.
* Handle technical calls regarding inspections and contractor queries.
* Compile and support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
* Attend regular meetings related to scheme performance and delivery.
* Offer technical input for field-based staff where needed.
Qualifications
* Degree, trade qualification, or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, or related fields.
* Strong IT and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Good judgement and ability to resolve customer queries effectively.
* High motivation and attention to detail.
* Willingness to adapt to evolving program requirements.
