Strategic Collaboration
Partner with senior stakeholders to define high-level business needs for project assessment.
Support budgeting, scoping, and planning of solutions alongside business and technical teams.
Process & Solution Design
Deliver detailed process, organizational, and operating model designs.
Research and evaluate existing business solutions, assessing the impact of potential changes.
Documentation & Compliance
Produce key documentation, including business requirements and project reports.
Ensure alignment with regulatory considerations and governance frameworks.
Risk Culture
Foster a positive risk culture, integrating risk awareness into decision-making processes.
Experience & Skills
6+ years
of experience in business analysis, with expertise in process documentation.
Strong knowledge of
systems analysis, data mapping, and regulatory considerations
.
Experience in
technical support models
and business analysis.
Formal Business Analyst training or certification
.
Technical Proficiency
Expert-level skills in
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
