SK9 are partnering with a busy manufacturing firm based in central Monaghan who are recruiting for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to oversee administrative efficiency and operational co-ordination across a range of their main business functions. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring compliance, good working order, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and manage documentation for both exports and imports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with relevant authorities and bodies to maintain full compliance with certifications and health regulations.
* Handle a range of specific customer queries efficiently and provide timely, accurate updates both internally and externally.
* Maintain and organise electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure traceability and compliance with audits.
* Oversee general office administration duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and supporting operational processes.
* Work closely with management to improve administrative systems and streamline operational workflows.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in office management, operations management, or export administration.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
* Knowledge of logistics, compliance, or export/import documentation is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with file management or ERP systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across departments and external agencies.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong leadership and time management skills.
