We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Technology Recruitment Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of the recruitment process for roles within the IT industry. This includes consulting with candidates across the industry, managing client relationships, business development through cold calling, events, networking, and conducting candidate screenings and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment processes for IT industry roles
* Consult with candidates across the industry on relevant job opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Develop new business through proactive marketing, advertising, and networking efforts
* Screen and support candidates through interviews and other assessment methods
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment position
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid business acumen with entrepreneurial flair
* Results-driven with ambition and drive
* High energy and tenacity under pressure
