Transforming customer experiences through digital innovation is crucial to this role.

Empowering customers by guiding them through new technologies makes their lives easier and more efficient. Prioritizing customers first and driving growth through learning and development are core values. This part-time position requires flexible hours of 1-5pm Monday to Friday, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Championing the bank's app, website, and other services in branches and community events drives digital transformation.
* Handling digital support queries, updating customer information, and assisting with self-service digital devices when needed ensures seamless customer service.
* Engaging in continuous learning to develop digital expertise keeps our team up-to-date with the latest technologies.
* Gathering feedback from customers and sharing valuable insights with management improves services.

Requirements:

* Possessing a strong passion for digital adoption and believing new tools can simplify customers' lives is essential.
* Demonstrating a track record of advising customers on digital products and helping them navigate and use new tools effectively showcases your skills.
* Being proactive in problem-solving and having a strong attention to detail adapts you to thrive in dynamic environments.
* Hold a QFA/APA qualification or be on the journey to achieving it, as it adds value to your application but is not necessary.
