Site Reliability Engineer (Dublin, Hybrid) Profile The mission, should you choose to accept it, is to pioneer and scale GTreasury's system and application observability efforts, and reduce toil amongst our operational workstreams.

What You'll Do: Lead system observability efforts using tools like New Relic Serve as an expert on site reliability practices and mentor others Implement new tools, features, and standards, and train team members Participate in 24x7 support and incident response Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and availability Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure Document system design and procedures Stress test systems for capacity planning Automate detection and resolution of issues Measure and optimize system performance Provide training on infrastructure and tooling Conduct audits for reliability and security Contribute to infrastructure and process improvements Deliver effective presentations Participate in Agile processes Ensure work aligns with quality and operational standards Who You Are: Technologist with experience in cloud computing, security, monitoring, server management, CI/CD, APM, networking, scripting, databases, and IaC Eager to learn new technologies and experienced with New Relic Problem solver at heart, able to work under pressure Team player with international experience Innovative and creative in solutions Committed to building high-quality solutions Essential Knowledge / Experience: Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent, with 5+ years in back-end systems, databases, and observability in cloud environments Experience monitoring and improving cloud-based environments (Azure/AWS) Ability to influence and mentor in an agile team Proficient in New Relic Financial industry experience is a plus Abilities Required: Leadership skills, mentoring, influencing, and driving change Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms What You Will Get: Impactful role at a growing SaaS company that values growth and collaboration Open culture and remote work options Opportunities for personal and professional development About GTreasury: GTreasury connects treasury and finance teams with leading technology and expertise, helping organizations streamline financial operations.
