About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Product Specialist
to support product development, lifecycle management, and market performance. Based in Ireland, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, marketing, and sales—to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, sales, and customers regarding product functionality
* Support product launches through documentation, training, and feedback coordination
* Gather and analyze customer insights to recommend product improvements
* Monitor market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities
* Assist in maintaining product information, feature updates, and performance reports
* Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to enhance user experience
* Contribute to testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
* 2–4 years of experience in product coordination, product marketing, or technical sales support
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with CRM and product lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, Confluence)
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
