The Heights Hotel Killarney is entering an exciting new phase, with continued refurbishment and the launch of our new Premier Rooms. As we evolve our brand and guest experience, we are now recruiting an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our Commercial Team.
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded digital marketer who understands performance, brand storytelling, and how digital channels drive direct revenue in a hospitality environment.
The Role:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for the day to day management and performance of all digital marketing activity, working closely with Sales, Revenue and Operations to support occupancy, ADR and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing all social media channels (organic and paid), ensuring consistent brand tone and performance tracking
* Planning, executing and optimising PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social
* Managing the hotel website and booking engine, with a strong focus on conversion and user experience
* Delivering email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, upselling and guest journey communications
* Supporting digital revenue growth through offers, packages and campaign launches
* Managing and updating in room digital TV (VDA) systems for guest marketing and upselling
* Monitoring analytics and reporting on campaign performance, ROI and insights
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure digital activity aligns with on-property experiences
Role requirements:
* Experience in the UK or Irish Hospitality Market essential
* You must be based in Ireland with a valid PPS number
* Fluency in English is a must
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role (hospitality or tourism experience)
* Strong knowledge of social media management, paid advertising and PPC
* Experience managing websites and booking engines (CMS and conversion optimisation)
* Proven ability to run email marketing campaigns with segmentation and automation
* Commercially aware, data driven and results focused
* Creative, organised and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
