Location: Unit 16, The Hub Logistics Park, Dublin 15(With travel to Ailesbury Office, East Wall, and client premises nationwide)Department: Security DivisionReports to: Chief Operations OfficerContract Type: Full-time, PermanentRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead, develop and grow our Security Division across Ireland.This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, regulatory compliance and commercial performance. You will manage a small leadership team, work closely with security operatives and clients and collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality, compliant and commercially successful security services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic and operational management of the Security Division, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all client sites.Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards in line with PSA legislation and best practice.Maintain the company's PSA licence and lead all PSA audits, inspections, and compliance activities.Ensure all security operatives are appropriately licensed, trained, and compliant, with effective tracking of renewals and mandatory training.Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing escalations and resolving issues professionally.Ensure effective staffing, performance management, and employee relations across the Security Division.Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions, promoting continuous improvement.Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, risk management, data protection, and GDPR requirements.Drive contract retention and support business development, tenders, pricing, and growth initiatives.Monitor KPIs and provide regular operational and strategic reports to the Leadership Team.RequirementsEssential5-7 years' senior management experience within the security industry, managing multi-site operations.Strong knowledge of Irish security legislation and Private Security Authority (PSA) requirements.Proven experience leading audits, inspections, and compliance frameworks.Demonstrated capability in incident management, investigations, and employee relations.Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and labour management.High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and incident reporting systems.Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.DesirableCurrent or previous PSA licence holder.Experience with OGP frameworks, tendering, or public procurement.Relevant third-level qualification in Security, Risk Management, Business, or Health & Safety.Experience implementing ISO standards and modern security systems or platforms.Inclusion MattersWe're proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
