Event Chef (November Availability Required)
Heyday is seeking talented and reliable Event Chefs to join our dynamic team for the busy event season ahead.
We're looking for chefs with solid experience in Ireland, from Commi Chef level and upwards, who are passionate about delivering exceptional food and adaptable to a variety of venues and kitchen environments.
Key Details:
* Availability: Must be available to work all weekends in November.
* Additional Work: Midweek shifts may also be available.
* Locations: Various event sites and venues across Dublin City and surrounding areas.
Duties:
* Food preparation and teamwork to deliver high-quality dishes.
* Menu planning, including consideration for special dietary requirements.
* Delegating and supporting other team members as needed.
* Taking responsibility for kitchen operations during your shift.
Requirements:
* Valid HACCP and Manual Handling certifications.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen..
* Proven experience working in Ireland.
* Strong flexibility and ability to adapt to different venues and team setups.
* Knowledge of industry best practices and food safety standards.
* Currently residing in Ireland.
