We are a leading cybersecurity organization providing intuitive password, passkey, and secrets management solutions. As a driven Customer Success Representative, you will join our high-producing team within the B2B sales division.
Qualified candidates must reside in Ireland and possess excellent communication skills in English and German. This role involves working with senior management-level customers to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.

* Exceeding sales targets within the Small-Medium Business (SMB) Cohort
* Communicating effectively with German-speaking customers
* Providing strong interactions with customers at the Senior Management level
* Working with clients to establish business and technical goals
* Maintaining a structured cadence with named customer accounts
* Advising customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business against password-related breaches
* Proactively managing the success of a portfolio of assigned customers
* Demonstrating knowledge of Customer Success best practices and staying up-to-date on industry trends
* Negotiating licensing contracts and resolving customer issues
We seek a motivated individual with a passion for solving problems for customers. The ideal candidate should have experience working in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles/Sales roles and be fluent in both verbal and written German and English.
