15 years of experience in sales, with 3 years of experience in a sales management role.
Experience in building sales teams and defining sales culture.
Experience in people management, identifying, attracting, and developing a diverse team and creating an inclusive team culture.
Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree.
Ability to develop and deliver a joint business strategy that is dynamic and balances short term delivery with longer term sustainable success, and excellent strategic and commercial acumen.
Ability to participate directly and help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities, and land and scale success, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
