Title: Junior Customer Service Representative
Location: Dublin 5
Terms: Full-Time, Permanent, Office-Based
Package: €28,000 - €30,000 22 Days Annual Leave
As a member of the Client Support team, you will support the day-to-day operations of leasing clients nationwide. This role involves coordinating with external service providers and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to all stakeholders
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day enquiries from clients and service providers, including service appointments, incident management, inspections, and short-term vehicle arrangements.
* Deliver high-quality service through regular communication with clients and service partners.
* Respond to and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
* Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Minimise client downtime by providing efficient solutions and coordinating with key service providers.
* Handle administrative tasks, including invoice processing, reporting, and workflow management.
* Participate in performance evaluations and training initiatives.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
* Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
* Experience in the leasing or automotive services sector is preferred.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
* Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
