Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to our products (email, forum, phone, conference calls, …).
• Support the development of new and innovative solutions (R&D).
• Design and develop user interfaces to meet customer requirements (C#, Python or C++).
• Develop, maintain, and integrate the RoboDK API.
• Provide sales and marketing assistance.
• Provide trainings.
• Occasional travel at customers sites to demonstrate RoboDK products.
Required Skills and Experience
• A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Mastercam, Rhinoceros, Catia, PTC, …)
• Experience with Robot arms (such as ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa/Motoman, Staubli, Universal Robots, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Interest in learning and result oriented.
Other skills
• Experience with metrology equipment.
• Knowledge of French, German, Chinese and/or Spanish.
