Role Overview
The successful candidate will join an energetic, highly motivated sales team and will receive an industry leading base salary, incomparable sales commission structure, company car, fuel car, mobile phone, laptop and will also be eligible to join the company’s contributory pension scheme. We are currently seeking to recruit a Head of Business to join our dynamic, growing team in Kearys Carstore, Little Island, Cork.

Role Responsibilities
You will lead and support your Management Team in ensuring that Kearys Carstore standards, objectives and requirements are exceeded.
With a strategic approach to business, you will recruit key team members, control cash flow P&L, stock and assets and monitor financial performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
As an experienced leader with strong motivational skills, you'll know what it takes to run a successful dealership and possess the strength of character, resilience and relentless enthusiasm necessary to do so.
Process driven with a track record of exceeding targets, you'll put the needs of the customer and your team at the heart of everything you do.
A ’true’ people person, you will constantly inspire excellence and consistently motivate your Managers to enhance the performance levels of the team and reflect the Kearys Motor Group company culture.
Role Requirements
Head of Business level: 3 years (preferred)
Full, clean driving license is essential
Strong customer service skills.
Effective time management with an ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activities to secure new business.
A positive, can‑do attitude.
Self‑motivation.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
