This private residence has its own Herb and Vegetable GardensKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) tailored to individual tastes and dietary requirementsCreate weekly or seasonal menus with variety and creativityShop for groceries and maintain pantry inventory (including sourcing specialty items)Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen at all timesPrepare meals for special events, dinner parties, or guests as neededClean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaceManage catering for small events or celebrations held at the homeQualifications & ExperienceMinimum (3–5) years of professional cooking experience, ideally in fine dining or private households or at a high end hospitality propertyCulinary degree or professional chef training preferredStrong knowledge of a range of cuisines and dietary approaches (e.g., Mediterranean, plant-based, paleo)Ability to work independently and handle feedback with professionalismDiscreet, respectful of privacy, and trustworthyValid driver's licenseGarda Vetting or background check requiredExcellent salary with a 5% pension contribution
