Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Operations
Supervise cleaning staff across multiple sites, ensuring duties are completed to the highest standard.
Schedule and monitor staff attendance; reassign staff as necessary to cover absences.
Evaluate cleaning performance and provide on-the-job support, coaching, and corrective guidance.
Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when required.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary liaison between site clients and cleaning teams.
Ensure client requirements are met promptly and effectively, maintaining high service satisfaction.
Training and Development
Instruct staff on the proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.
Promote continuous learning and compliance with company protocols and safety standards.
Inventory and Supplies
Monitor and manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and PPE.
Implement timely reordering processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Health, Safety, and Compliance
Champion and enforce all relevant health and safety regulations (e.g., Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act ****).
Maintain a hazard-free environment and ensure all incidents are reported accurately.
Uphold hygiene, PPE, and fire safety procedures consistently across all sites.
Candidate Profile
Skills and Attributes
Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Willingness to take initiative and be hands-on when needed.
Experience and Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management.
Familiarity with cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
