This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a passion for authentic pizza-making, quality ingredients, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a high-end environment.
About the Role As the Pizza Chef, you'll take responsibility for producing top-quality pizzas for the hotel's popular casual dining outlet.
You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure consistency, creativity, and smooth service throughout busy periods.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing premium pizzas using fresh dough, quality toppings, and authentic techniques Operating and maintaining a stone-baked or wood-fired pizza oven Managing your station efficiently during high-volume service Preparing dough, sauces, toppings, and mise en place for a seamless workflow Ensuring consistency in portion control, presentation, and cooking standards Maintaining excellent HACCP and Food Safety compliance Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team Assisting with menu development and seasonal pizza specials What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizzaiolo, or Chef with strong pizza experience Background in hotels, premium casual dining, or high-volume restaurants Confidence operating traditional pizza ovens Strong understanding of dough preparation and fermentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen A positive, team-focused approach and strong communication skills Solid knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene processes What's on Offer Competitive salary A supportive and professional kitchen team Strong opportunities for development and career progression Staff accommodation may be available Interested?
