* Prepare comprehensive HR reporting for senior leadership, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
* Lead the administration of leave, performance management, and reward processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Drive continuous improvement by exploring technology solutions to enhance workflows and analyze exit interview data to inform employee engagement and retention strategies.
* Coach, support, and develop junior team members, fostering growth and career progression.
