We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the head chef to develop innovative menu concepts and executing food preparation with precision and skill.
Key qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in professional cookery, as well as a strong understanding of commercial cooking principles and techniques.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Additional responsibilities will include assisting with staff training, maintaining high standards of kitchen health and hygiene, and preparing dishes to exacting specifications.
