About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior HR Generalist. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for implementing and delivering HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with achieving business objectives and targets in EHS, Quality, Service, Cost, People Development and Continuous Improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and continuously seek improvements to internal processes which align with legislation.
* Keep accurate training records, matrices up to date to audit standards.
* Develop best practices to reduce levels of absenteeism in the company – documenting and managing control procedures and managing capability improvement in leadership.
* Improve existing performance management practices with specific focus on high quality appraisals, recognition of excellent performers and management of under-performing employees.
* Conduct all disciplinaries/grievances fairly and consistently.
* Support Supervisors and Managers proactively and efficiently with employee relations.
* Report and escalate any health and safety issues and promote a safe working environment and identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure completion of payroll, management information reporting on time.
* Support Talent Acquisition team with open roles and lead recruitment process from end to end.
