Position Overview
Our client, a specialist law firm based in Dublin City, is looking for a capable property solicitor with 0‑2 years PQE in residential and commercial property. Candidates must have experience in Property (PQE or experience as a trainee). The successful candidate will manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions and will play an integral role in ensuring smooth and efficient conveyancing processes while delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
* Conduct thorough title investigations, including reviewing planning searches, title deeds, and mortgage documentation.
* Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
* Utilize case management and financial systems to maintain accurate records and meet compliance obligations.
* Advise clients on Stamp Duty regulations and taxation implications in property transactions.
* Ensure the efficient and timely progression of all matters, meeting both client and regulatory deadlines.
Key Requirements
* Experience in conveyancing, with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.
* Strong knowledge of property law, including Stamp Duty regulations and tax implications in property transactions.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Solid work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to quickly develop rapport with clients.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with excellent academic credentials.
* Must be currently qualified to practice law in Ireland.
