* Lead complex workplace investigations, including Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
* Deliver practical advice via on-site, telephone, video, and email communications, fostering strong relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to clients, meeting their evolving needs.
* Stay up-to-date with Employment Law and HR trends, applying knowledge to enhance client services.
* Create engaging content for seminars and training workshops, sharing expertise with a wider audience.
* Contribute to developing new compliance products, driving innovation and improvement in HR services.
* Review and advise on client policies to ensure they are legally compliant, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
* Draft informative content for employment law publications, raising awareness of key issues and best practices.
