Employment Relations Specialist Opportunity


This is an exceptional chance to utilize your expertise in HR best practices and Irish Employment Law, delivering expert guidance and support to clients.




About the Role


* Offer strategic HR & Employment Law advice to clients, leveraging your deep understanding of HR law and best practices.

* Design and implement tailored HR solutions for diverse industries, incorporating commercial perspectives to effectively meet client needs.

* Lead complex workplace investigations, including Dignity and Respect at Work, Disciplinary, and Grievance issues, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

* Deliver practical advice via on-site, telephone, video, and email communications, fostering strong relationships with clients.

* Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to clients, meeting their evolving needs.

* Stay up-to-date with Employment Law and HR trends, applying knowledge to enhance client services.

* Create engaging content for seminars and training workshops, sharing expertise with a wider audience.

* Contribute to developing new compliance products, driving innovation and improvement in HR services.

* Review and advise on client policies to ensure they are legally compliant, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

* Draft informative content for employment law publications, raising awareness of key issues and best practices.

* Perform other duties as required, embracing opportunities to grow and develop within the organization.




Required Skills and Qualifications




Key Qualifications


Excellent understanding of HR best practices and Irish Employment Law.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.


Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with clients.


Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.


Highly organized and efficient, with excellent time management skills.


Proven track record of providing high-quality advice and support to clients.




Desired Qualities


Relevant experience in employment relations or a related field.


Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with ability to apply this knowledge in practice.


Ability to stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and HR trends.
