The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of activities associated with Financial Reporting.
**Responsibilities*** **Leadership & People Management:** Lead, manage, and foster the professional development of a high-performing team, including performance management and strategic workforce planning.
* **Client Relationship Management:** Build strong relationships, fostering growth, and effectively resolving escalations.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Build strong relationships, foster growth, and effectively resolve escalations with global internal cross-functional teams, and external parties.
* **Financial Reporting Delivery:** Ensure high-quality, timely client deliveries.
* **Operational Escalation:** Act as the Senior escalation point for critical operational queries and complex issues.
* **Risk & Compliance:** Implement and maintain robust risk management, internal controls, and quality standards, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* **Technical:** Be a technical leader in Financial Reporting for Irish funds.
* **Process Optimization:** Have an inquisitive mindset, drive and champion continuous process improvement initiatives, to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
