Role Overview
The Redbrook Group's business is the manufacture and sale of food ingredient solutions to our partners in the food processing industry in Ireland and the UK. The Group consists of three business units (i) Redbrook Ingredient Services Limited in Dublin, (ii) Unique Ingredients and (iii) Dandy Lions Limited, both based in Daventry, UK. The Redbrook Group is part of NovaTaste, a cluster of innovative, global savoury ingredient companies owned by PAI Partners – a French private equity firm.
Redbrook wish to recruit a, to Sales Support & Customer Growth Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This role is strategically positioned within our sales department to add value to our customers and grow sales. Join our team as a Sales Support Specialist and play a key role in driving growth in the retail butcher and small food processing industry sector. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll support our sales representatives, manage customer relationships, and help us expand our customer base. Role Purpose
This role provides essential support to our retail butcher sales team, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and driving commercial growth. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with retail butcher sales representatives to deliver outstanding service and help acquire new customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Order Processing & Management: Handle customer orders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Customer Query Management: Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
* Commercial Pricing Support: Assist with pricing updates, maintenance, and management.
* Product Return Management: Coordinate and process product returns efficiently.
* Cross-Functional Support: Provide training and holiday cover across functions.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Presentation Development: Create and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Tele sales & Growth: Drive sales growth through proactive tele sales and new customer acquisition.
* Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports to the Head of Sales.
* Collaboration: Work directly with retail butcher sales representatives to support their success.

Qualifications/Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Customer Service/Administration role.
* Previous experience in meat and plant-based industry is an advantage.
* Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
