As part of the Finance team, you will act as a trusted business partner to operational leaders, improve financial visibility, and support growth initiatives.Main responsibilitiesLead monthly financial reporting and management dashboardsDeliver insightful analysis on performance and explain variances versus budget, forecast, and prior yearManage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processesAct as a business partner to department leaders, challenging assumptions and supporting decision-makingProvide financial guidance on costs, investments, and performance improvement initiativesCoordinate month-end close activities with accounting teams to ensure accurate reportingDevelop and enhance financial models, KPIs, and reporting toolsIdentify opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardise finance processesSupport strategic projects, investment analysis, and ad-hoc business casesProfileDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldSignificant experience in FP&A, controlling, or finance business partneringStrong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisAdvanced Excel skills and good command of ERP systemsExperience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a strong advantageStrong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersCommercial mindset, proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
