Do you have solid experience in industrial automation, project coordination, and technical execution within regulated industrial environments? We are looking to incorporate a senior engineer into our Ireland team, capable of combining strong technical expertise with project coordination and customer-facing support activities across international operations.
This position is ideal for a professional with a strong automation background, ownership mentality, and the ability to work autonomously while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting both commercial and technical project execution.
Responsibilities
Support technical project execution activities, ensuring proper coordination between engineering teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Provide technical know-how and engineering support for commercial offers, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
Coordinate projects and technical teams between Ireland, Spain, and Brazil, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution quality.
Participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of industrial automation solutions.
Work with PLC, SCADA, and industrial control systems within manufacturing and production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables, deadlines, and technical requirements are met.
Support troubleshooting, commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement activities when required.
Maintain technical documentation, project follow-up, and communication with clients and external partners.
Contribute to the standardization and improvement of engineering processes and technical methodologies.
Requirements
Solid experience with PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation systems.
Experience coordinating technical projects and multidisciplinary teams in international environments.
Previous experience within Pharma, Food & Beverage, and Chemical industries is required.
Strong technical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
Experience supporting technical/commercial proposals and project execution activities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 remote) in Ireland.
Nice to Have
Experience working in highly regulated industrial environments.
Exposure to MES, batch systems, or production digitalization projects.
Experience with commissioning, validation, or industrial process optimization.
Familiarity with international project environments and multicultural teams.
Project management or technical leadership experience.
