You can also follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram.Proposal & Pursuit StrategyLead the global pursuit strategy for all major RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and proactive proposals across service lines and regions.Shape win themes and value propositions that address client challenges in talent mobility, compliance, and operational efficiency.Establish and govern a standardi s ed global proposal process to ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality delivery.Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild and lead a globally distributed team of pursuit strategists, proposal managers, writers, and coordinators.Coach team members on consultative thinking, stakeholder engagement, and content optim is ation .Foster a high-performance, client-focused culture within the team.Sales & Commercial CollaborationPartner closely with sales, account management, solution architects, and pricing teams to create tailored proposals.Contribute to strategic deal shaping, early pursuit engagement, and competitive positioning.Provide executive-level insights on bid performance, commercial risk, and resource planning.Content, Tools & OperationsOversee the creation and maintenance of a global content library (bios, case studies, capabilities, compliance).Optimi s e usage of proposal software, CRM, and collaboration tools.Drive proposal analytics, reporting on win/loss, cycle times, and ROI of pursuit investments.Success MetricsWin rate improvement, especially for complex/global RFPsProposal quality scores (internal reviews and client feedback)Time to respond and content reuse ratesStrategic client wins enabled through pursuit supportStakeholder satisfaction (sales, delivery, legal, compliance)Experience10+ years in pursuit/proposal leadership in professional services, global mobility, relocation, or adjacent industries (e.g., tax, immigration, HR consulting, travel, logistics ).Demonstrated success managing global bid teams and cross-border pursuits.Strong experience in RFP responses for global, regional and highly collaborative in approachSkills & CompetenciesExceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Clear, persuasive communicator and skilled proposal storyteller.Strong commercial acumen with ability to shape solution narratives and pricing rationale.High attention to detail, especially in regulated/compliance-heavy sectors like immigration and tax.Technical ProficiencyProficient in proposal software (e.g., Loopio, Qvidian, Responsiv ), Salesfor ce, SharePoint, PowerPoint .Familiarity with global compliance standards, SLAs, and KPI-driven contracts.APMP certification or Shipley-trained preferred.Working ModelFlexible working across time zones.Works across matrixed teams including legal, compliance, delivery, sales, marketing, and finance.Additional InformationThis is a hybrid roleLocation: Dublin, Ireland or London, England, or New York, NYCompensation: Dublin- €120,000-180,000/London- €125,000-200,000/NY- $220,000-315,000Some in-region and international travel may be required.Employment Type: Full-timeWe are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on legally protected status.Please note that AI is used in the application process.
