Job Description
The Youth Support Worker (YSW) will serve as part of the Pro Teen Youth Education Project at BRiLL Family Resource Centre (FRC). The YSW will support the provision, coordination, administration, and assessment of services within BRiLL FRC. The role involves aiding in the development and delivery of ongoing support through supervision and identification/assessment of needs in collaboration with the Youth Education Coordinator. The goal is to promote and maintain positive, progressive participation among young members and their families within the BrillFRC catchment area.
Responsibilities
Support provision, coordination, administration, and assessment of the service within BRiLL FRC.
Assist in the development and delivery of ongoing support through supervision.
Identify and assess needs in collaboration with the Youth Education Coordinator.
Promote and maintain positive, progressive participation for the young members and their families.
Qualifications
No prior experience necessary.
Accredited training will be provided to support career development.
