Salary: €60,000-65,000On-siteMy financial services client is seeking to grow their Data team by adding a talented and highly motivated Data Analyst. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analysing complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define analytics requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
3. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
4. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
5. Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modelling.
6. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
7. Previous financial services, insurance or banking experience/knowledge.
