Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote our range of office supplies and furniture.
Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's product range to effectively communicate features and benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience:
Previous experience in telesales or phone-based customer interaction is essential, preferably within the office supplies or office furniture industry.
• Sales Skills:
Strong ability to persuade and influence customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and engaging phone manner.
• Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using CRM software and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
