Role Overview
We are currently seeking a
Part-Time Chef
to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations, contribute to food preparation and service, and uphold our quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications
* Assist with food prep, service, and general kitchen duties
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations
* Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
* Support senior chefs and work effectively as part of a team
* Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste
Requirements
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant or similar)
* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
