Handsome Burger is hiring a hybrid-remote Bookkeeper/Office Administrator.
This role is remote, but occasional visits to the Handsome Burger stores in Dublin and Galway may be required.
Duties include:
Invoicing:
* Reviewing and approving COGS invoices on Nory and pushing through to Xero.
* Using Dext to upload, categorise and publish all other invoices relating to the business.
* Review supplier statements, follow up on any missing invoices or credit notes.
* Create and send accurate invoices to customers, following up on payments.
Xero:
* Bank account reconciliation for company bank accounts.
* Monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Keeping company aged payables & receivables up to date with bi weekly review.
* Creating and presenting reports to management when required.
Accounts:
* Communicating with the accountant and management over any queries.
* Assisting with P&L and management accounts when required.
Office Management:
* Organise and file all company documents.
* Completing documentation for suppliers i.e new account set up forms.
* Assist with insurance renewals and documentation.
* Take charge of licence renewals including IMRO, Wine Licences, etc.
* Assist with travel planning and company events.
* Assisting with grant applications.
* Assisting with payroll preparation if required (annual leave cover only).
* Other ad-hoc duties when required.
This is a part time role - we can be flexible with start and finish times.

Experience:
* Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
