Step into a Career-Defining Marketing Leadership Role
Are you ready to take ownership leadership role in one of Ireland's most trusted healthcare brands and drive its next phase of growth?
Shields Dental & Orthodontic Clinics — a leading premium dental group with a reputation for clinical excellence and patient-first care — is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of our marketing vision.
This is more than a traditional marketing role. It's an opportunity to shape the public face of a rapidly expanding healthcare group, strengthen our market leadership, and build the marketing infrastructure that will power Shields' next chapter of growth.
Who We Are
Founded in Limerick, Shields Dental & Orthodontic Clinics has grown from a single clinic into a group of five premium practices across Ireland. Our success is built on a clear philosophy: clinical autonomy, patient-first care, and purpose-driven professionalism.
Supported by a dedicated administrative and management team, our clinicians focus solely on delivering exceptional patient outcomes — while the central support team manages marketing, compliance, and operations. Our culture combines the warmth of family-run values with the professionalism and ambition of a growing healthcare brand.
Your Mission
As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Shields' strategic marketing vision. You will:
* Develop and execute a group-wide marketing strategy to enhance Shields' premium brand position and reduce patient acquisition costs.
* Build best-in-class marketing infrastructure across digital and traditional channels — ensuring scalable, data-driven performance.
* Shape the narrative that defines Shields' reputation in the market, through authentic storytelling, compelling content, and strong brand consistency.
* Lead multi-channel campaigns (social media, SEO, PPC, email, radio, and print) that attract and retain patients, recruit top clinical talent, and support new clinic acquisitions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with clinic teams to develop localised marketing plans and ensure brand alignment across all locations.
* Report directly to senior leadership, providing actionable insights on KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and patient retention.
This role will suit an entrepreneurial, hands-on marketer who thrives in dynamic, high-accountability environments — someone who combines creative vision with analytical rigour.
Are You Ready to Build a Legacy in Healthcare Marketing?
If you're an ambitious, creative, and data-driven marketing professional ready to lead brand growth and make a measurable impact — we want to hear from you.
