Role Summary
The EMEA Tax Team is seeking a talented and motivated Indirect Tax Analyst to support indirect compliance and accounting processes across the EMEA region.
The ideal candidate will have prior indirect tax experience in a multinational or Big 4 environment and is looking to gain broader experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Preparing and filing indirect tax returns, submitting refund claims, performing account reconciliations, validating data, and ensuring timely tax payments.
* Collaborating with external service providers to meet indirect tax compliance obligations.
* Completing templates for tax payments, journal entries, and monthly reconciliations accurately.
* Working closely with Legal, Finance, and other departments to provide guidance on indirect tax matters.
* Assisting with tax projects such as system implementation, automation, and process improvements.
* Supporting tax audits and inquiries as needed.
* Maintaining process documentation, compliance and risk trackers, and managing suppliers.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
Education Required
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience Required
* At least 3 years of indirect tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power BI.
* ERP experience, ideally with Oracle or SAP.
* Experience with data analytics tools or tax software is an advantage.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and initiative, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Proven ability to develop effective working relationships.
