Our current customer base includes Big Four accountancy firms, fund administrators, global banks, asset managers, and custodians.We are now seeking a Sales Manager – Financial Services to lead and scale our commercial sales efforts across financial institutions globally, with an initial focus on EMEA and the US. This is a hands-on, player–coach role, responsible for managing a small sales team while also contributing directly to pipeline creation and deal execution.This role is ideal for a commercially strong sales leader with experience selling into financial services who enjoys building process, driving funnel conversion, and developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-growth SaaS environment.Role and ResponsibilitiesOwning and driving the overall growth of Circit's financial services sales pipeline, covering banks, asset managers, and fund service providersManaging, coaching, and developing a small team of Sales Executives, with responsibility for performance, targets, and day-to-day executionDriving the conversion of the sales funnel from origination to close, with a strong focus on prioritisation, deal progression, and velocityActively selling alongside the team, including originating and closing deals with key target accountsDefining, implementing, and continuously improving sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting discipline using HubSpotAllocating target accounts and territories (non-geographic) to ensure efficient coverage and focus across a large universe of financial institutionsPerforming and supporting high-quality demos of the Circit platform to senior decision-makers within banks, asset managers, and service providersWorking closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure feedback from prospects and customers informs product direction and go-to-market executionCollaborating with auditor sales team to ensure alignment and optimal resource allocationRepresenting Circit at relevant industry events and conferences to build brand presence and senior-level relationshipsHiring and scaling additional sales resources over time as the commercial organisation growsRequirementsYou must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, combining hands-on selling with people management and process ownership. You should be equally comfortable working at deal level and stepping back to optimise the overall sales engine.7+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling into banking, asset management, fintech, or financial servicesPrior experience managing or leading salespeople, formally or informally, in a quota-carrying environmentStrong track record of closing complex deals and consistently hitting or exceeding targetsDeep understanding of the full sales funnel, from outbound origination through to closeExperience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and improve conversion ratesExcellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skillsCommercially sharp, structured, and comfortable balancing strategy with executionA proactive, builder mindset — motivated by creating scalable sales processes, not just running existing onesDesired CriteriaExisting relationships within banks, asset managers, or fund service providers in EMEA or the USExperience or knowledge of the audit industryExperience or knowledge of open banking and commercial APIsExperience operating in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environmentsExperience selling across multiple geographies or managing globally distributed teamsBenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity for an all-rounder, highly motivated candidate to get involved at the ground level of a fast-growing company.
