Field Sales Merchandiser FMCG sector Area: Dublin City, North Dublin and Louth Purpose of Role To maximise exposure of our clients brand within the multiples and convenience outlets in your territory. This is to be achieved by merchandising stock in stores, building relationships with store personnel to gain more space, and to follow a journey plan to ensure compliance and promotional activity is implemented at store level. Planogram compliance as a bare minimum is key, but we will expect you to maximise promotional activity, gain additional displays and incentivise your contacts to ensure our clients products are the main brand of choice across all our customers. Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Essential: Full clean manual driving licence. Minimum Leaving Certificate Examinations or equivalent. Experience of working in a customer facing role, retail store assistant or merchandising style roles preferable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Customer relationship building skills with all different types of people. Motivation and drive to achieve objectives and KPI targets. Demonstrate strong team work ethic. Good planning and organisation skills. A flexible and change orientated approach. Well presented. Innovative and creative with an eye for detail. Technological acumen (ability to work with tablets/phones). Live on territory.
