Applications are invited for a Temporary 2 year posts of a Research Accounts Administrator within Research Finance Office.
Reporting to the Head of Office or designate, the position will assist in the financial administration of all university research activity in the Research Finance Office.
The main duties will encompass the preparation of cost statements and grant claim forms, dealing with queries from researchers and funding bodies concerning research activity, provision of research accounting support to the academic staff and maintaining VAT records in respect of research activity.

NOTE: A temporary panel will be created through which other Temporary (full-time) 'Research Accounts Administrator positions will be filled; and if arising within NINE months of an initial competition to fill (up to) FIVE Temporary 2 year appointments*.
(NB: The duration of temporary posts offered on foot of a Panel being established may vary).
