The role of a Change Management Specialist is pivotal in driving strategic change initiatives and equipping teams with the skills necessary to sustain efforts across an organization.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and integrate change management tools and frameworks that support various business objectives
* Ensure effective deployment of change management tools across departments
* Provide guidance on best practices for tool usage and continuous improvement
* Develop and deliver training programs to build internal capacity for change management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification in Organizational Development (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
* Proven experience in developing and implementing change management methodologies and tools
* Strong background in Organizational Development and Change Management practices
* Exceptional facilitation and training skills, with experience in program development and delivery
* Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a community of practice
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
