This Senior Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Level 3 support for infrastructure and cloud environments, with a focus on Azure and Azure AD. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, Active Directory, and cloud applications.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a similar Level 3 support role, with a strong background in traditional infrastructure (networking and Active Directory).
* Expertise in Azure, Azure AD, and Azure applications.
* Experience working with Managed Service Providers.
